Caution
Keep phoning at odd times of day (not business hours) and leaving a message to ask to return call "before the end of the day" for a reference for an employee. I don't have any employees that currently renting or looking to move so this appears to be a scam or a phishing exercise. I have phoned back and the person leaving the message wasn't;t there but they asked me all sorts of irrelevant things about me. Very suspicious
