See who's calling

Call this morning about black web use of my computer from someone purporting to be microsoft. Greasy guy patronising and evasive. Said my ip was being used in Israel and Russia. Wanted to call back etc. Highly sus but I suspect he will be persistent. He has met his match, believes I am an old lady.

Harassing phone calls from this number claiming to be from Microsoft and that my computer has been hacked and the hackers are doing things on the internet with my identity. I asked him to not call back as I suspected it was a scam, but he kept calling back after everytime i hung up. Asked to speak to a supervisor, to which he connected me to someone. He verified he was calling from Microsoft and even gave me the office in Readings phone number and full address, but thats easy enough to do. Th

He claimed to be from Microsoft. He ("Oliver Sagrad") said my computer was being used by criminals (there's irony) and he needed access to my computer to prevent it happening. I asked for a number to call back on. He gave this number.

Asking me to sit at my computer, said someone at door and I would call back - thisis the number he gave me with the name xxxxx

Caller pretended to call from Mac, then gave Microsoft Word number 0344 8002400, urging us to go into our computer because hackers are getting in. They wanted us to download something from www. Anydesk. Com.

Scam call claiming to be from Microsoft and seeking financial information relating to payments disappearing from a computer. Thankfully my elderly mother (who has no computer) requested a phone number so her son could call back to discuss it. They gave this number and hung up. A scam.

SCAMMER Alert xxxxx and Kam gained access to my fathers computer remotely. He is 86yrs old and after talking to him for 3 hours gaining all the information from his computer tried to access banking and reset his passwords. Scum of the earth. Reported to action fraud. Police dealing. Claim to be Microsoft.
