Says its Cabot but I don't have any debt I don't owe anything not even a bill so this really has me perplexed, I haven't spoken to anyone I won't answer it block is My advice

This number is not the number Cabot give in their letters and other correspondence. Caller is phishing for personal information in the guise of verifying you, yet it could be used by scammers for financial fraud. Hang up, and call them back on their genuine number. Do not speak to these random callers, even if they try calling back with a very similar looking number. If it is not the number given in their letters it is highly likely to be a scam.

Constantly ringing my work phone whilst I'm at work... I don't even have any debt. Avoid like the plague.

Even when they admit there is no enforceable debt, These guys still call repeatedly. Reporting to Financial Ombudsman for harassment

Called us at 8:55pm on a Friday night, Just got all our kids to bed. When I answered the call they asked to speak to my partner the n promptly hung up. Neither of us have any bad debts so not sure why they would call, Strange at this time of night as well!

Always calls at 7. 30pm and wakes the baby, Everyday for the last week on the landline, I just lift the receiver and hang up straight away. It's harassment plain and simple 🤬

I have blocked this number so many times from Cabot Financial, That i have lost count. Yet they are still able to call me and most of all leave a voicemail. Fed up with them.

Debt collectors! They have bought your info from another company and are going to continually hassle you.

This should not be allowed they keep calling me but I never pick the phone up. Don't speak to them they can't do anything.

I get a call once a day from this number on my landline. I don't answer and the caller goes onto answering machine. The message left is automative from Cabot financial services. I am with Virgin who do not have a call blocking system. What can I do to stop this caller.

These people are connected to TalkTalk, Ex or current employees, They are stealing phone numbers and other personal details to scam you out, Obviously none of you, I hope, Want to do any business with an Asian accent or even listen to them?!

Called me and when I answered they hung up. Annoying!

Called me on my cell fone at 19:28pm. Never answered it. Don't really care who it is or what they. If it was that important than they can leave a voice mail.

Trying to get a small debt from 10yrs ago

Cabot financial services... For a debt I once had about 5 years ago.. All paid now :-) they're legit

They texted at first telling me to call a number (which I blocked) but now 10 days later they called and left a voicemail. Blocked and blocked again.

Said that they were PPI and that I was entitled to a refund. When I gave details they said that they were debt recovery and were legal bound to use all measures possible. DO NOT ANSWER!!!! They are dishonest.

Do not give them any of your information. They don't know anything about you. I haven't used my maiden name for over 8 years and the claim I have debt under my maiden name. I don't! I've told them to put it in writing to me, They then asked me for my address. I caught them out, They don't have any information about me. What they are doing is harrasment!

Cabot Financial a recorded message on my answer phone. The number on the message was different to that on 1471 so is probably a scam

Careful, These people are fraudsters Asked for my name and address and bank details, Wouldn't confirm who they really were or how they obtained my number. Report the call to the police for harassment.

Ring either really early when on school run or just now at 20. 10pm when I'm reading bedtime stories to my child. Debt collector. Can't get me if I don't speak to you and can't get me after 6 years

Most days at 08. 05 sick of it. I answered once and was told Cabot something about an unpaid bank loan from a bank account I've never even had.

Cabot financial. Harassment calls. They know how to send a letter if it’s important 10 past 8 at night when I’m trying to get my son to bed they think it’s ok to call. Go away leave me alone

DEBT COLLECTION!! Its Carbot financial, They have lots of different numbers trying to catch people out. I have informed them that the guy they are looking for isnt me, Im female!! But they still call, They leave voice mail saying who they are and the name of the person they are after.
