Number calls only to see if it's a active phone number then sells your number on to companies so they can illegally cold call you, & house phones are their fave so they can find if any one is home multiple times a day, They are only testing the phones & house phones with empty addresses during 24 hour period to map home owners activities!!!! Block or answer with an air horn or a football whistle, Or a damn good scream!!!!
