So you get a cold call from Barclays, you use the number they have rang you on and you are given a code to prove who you are. Mmmm sounds fishy. Always use a different contact number and if poss. A different phone.

It’s def a barclays fraud line number I’ve used it and they send you a code to repeat back to prove security on accounts they don’t ask for any details just discuss your problem
