Stop spam calls

They deduct from your account the full amount plus postage costs as soon as you give them details for the free sample. You will get a chain of excuses and different refund dates but you never get your money back.

This company advertises a free trial but you pay postage, Then they debit you for a full order. This is never sent. Refunds are impossible to obtain, They make one excuse after another for the delay in repaying.

Do not touch these people with a barge pole con artists i have been trying to get a refund from them since Jan 2020

Ordered a free sample of the product but had to pay postage. Then when I checked T&Cs they automatically make a monthly shipment and charge £80 to credit card. This was the number given to cancell the auto shipments. Dialled it and was caller number 9. After 20 minutes was caller 4 and the estimated waiting time had incresed from 5 to ten minutes. No sample received after a week. Going to contact my credit card to ensure no money is given to these people.
