Sky connect scam wanting to sell me a protection product. After 18 minutes of speaking to different people all pushing for my card details they finally rigged they weren't going to get anything from me and started throwing insults down the phone at me

Caller claims to be from sky TV promising new equipment but as this is third call in few months and still waiting for promised new goods, I called legitimate sky number to check it out. Obviously a scam of some sort but didn't allow it to go far enough to discover what information they wanted from me, Just as well!

Scammer said he was from Sky and would reduce my subscription payment. I told him I was not convinced he was from Sky put the phone down and he even rang me back. I contacted Sky most definitely a scam so do not fall for it.!!!

I received 2 calls today one I answered and they asked for a Mrs Johnstone. I told them they had the wrong number and they put the phone down. The other call was 2 hrs later, But I was out

Re sky box contract and insurance

Asian man calling himself Peter said he was calling from Sky about protection. I wanted to know if we were experiencing any problems with the box and that we were still using it. Whilst he asked his questions and told me that my cover plan was due to expire I found the relevant paperwork and told him my policy wasn’t due to expire until April next year. He stammered an apology for ringing, Which surprised me for a scammer, And hung up.

We don't even bother answering the phone at this time of day - we know it will be 'them'!
