Not a scam but DO NOT ring the number anyway as its from the TV licence and the fact you got a card through the door means you dont want to speak to them haha.
Same as others on here red and white card like you get if you miss a parcel. No name on it only address and ring this number.
If you open it up its from tv licence company.
I received a "NOT IN" card from "Royal Mail, The card does not look right, Everything is printed, Only has my address not my name.

Received what looked like a card from the Royal Mail, Pre-printed, Hand-delivered, With heading 'Not In?' - except I was in and they did not attempt to ring the bell, Or knock on door. Just posted this through the letterbox. Looked up number and it seems to have been reported as a scam.
Found this in the post this morning, Still bleary eyed and half asleep thought i'd missed a parcel, As it is made up to look like the notification. Realised it wasn't, Devious scum.
I got a card through my door saying I wasn't in and to call this number. It does not have my name on it so I'm instantly wary. It says "urgent response" well I'm afraid they will be getting no response. It doesn't say either whose number or company it is. Thrown in the bin.
Fake royal mail-looking card. Do not call, No good can come of it. If you want to check you've not missed a parcel, Find your local delivery office's real number through the royal mail website.
DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL THIS NUMBER BACK!!! I got a printed card through my door from the royal mail, It didn't look genuine so I called my sorting office and they have confirmed its a SCAM!!
This number is used by scammers. Don’t call them or give any details. This phone number has been connected to scammers pretending to be from TV Licensing claiming you don’t have a TV licence or sending fake Royal Mail cards claiming you have a parcel/post that needs collecting. Don’t trust these con artists! Also, Never give any details to anyone cold calling you and if you think they might be genuine, Call whatever company they claimed to be on an official number published on said companies web
I received a card in the post with this number on it. It was made to look like a delivery failed note. It looked suspicious so I checked here and sure enough it appears to be a scam.
Anyone that receives a card like mentioned above, Does not have a tv license.
This is a card from the BBC tricking you to believe it is from Royal Mail.
When you ring the number and confirm your name, They then have your name to on file and you will then start to receive mail in your name to your address.
