An automated voice said it was HMRC and unless I pressed 1 a warrant would be issued and I’d be arrested shortly. I’d hate this to happen to a vulnerable person who might panic and press 1.

Recorded message claiming they're HRMC and there's been a tax fraud case logged in my name. After pressing 1 (by instruction) I was redirected to a call center where a woman presented as HRMC as well but asked how she can help me. When I said they called me and I'm asking what they want, She asked me for my name. When I refused to give that, She hung up. Definitely scam!
