Automated message claiming to the inland revenue about a fraud against 'your name' if you do not connect to their agent you will immediately be arrested.-

Supposed to be HMRC and asking you to press button 1 immediately.

Claiming to be HMRC concerning a fraud!!

Think!!!! HMRC don't call people to tell them they are being investigated-they write to you or turn up on your doorstep-HMRC don't have most people's phone numbers-No official agency puts people on notice they have a warrant for your arrest

0300 200 3129 The automated message stated that there is a tax fraud case against my name and gave me an option to press option 1 to be connected to an adviser. The message also stated that if I don't press option 1 or disconnect the warrant will be issued against me immediately. I have not pressed anything and have disconnected. LOL!
