Called a pensioner and terrified then. Luckily they know how to deal with this. Something has got to be done. Thieving scamming people

This is a scam trying to get people to press a number so they can charge you. Then threaten that you will be arrested if you don’t press the button.

Robocall allegedly from HMRC telling me I was being prosecuted for Tax fraud and asking me to press 1 to sort out the problem. Obviously a scam.

Something about tax fraud and a warrant for my arrest being issued if I didn’t call back - pretending to be HMRC. But obviously not.

Stated that IWould be arrested for tax fraud if I did not press 1.

Called three times in 24 hours, Purporting to be from HMRC, Hang up!

This is a fraud they say they are from the tax office and if you don't press 1 to connect the call you will be arrested

Said that I would be arrested for tax fraud
