Tax scam. I knew it would be a scam when I hear the message so I called them back and asked them who they were. The tried to get me to confirm details so I told them to call me back on my landline. They then asked for the number and I told them that if they were the tax office they would already have my landline number and they hung up without saying anything. Made me feel good as I caught them out but unfortunately there are a lot of people out there that would fall for this scam.
