SPAM....................... Just block it because it will continue to call you, If you answer at certain times of the day for example in the morning; your number is then added to a database showing that your available for scammers during the day...... And same goes for night time as well. My next door neighbour works with a team of the government and police force cracking down on span callers such as this one.
