Keep calling asking for metre readings saying its not working and I'm paying high costs. I told them to read it themselves. Next, sent onto manager... They said who I was with, so I asked for my password. She said with broker or company. I said company. Supposed to phone me back when she's checked the records.... Other bloke made appointment to read meter at the end of the month as I said why bother now, it's not worked for years. Scumbags.
