Persistent callers - Wanted me to update my washing machine warranty, But strangely had no idea what washing machine I had. When I said my insurance is direct with manufacturer they said no it isn’t they deal with it. Wanted to sell new warranty and then hung up when I wouldn’t proceed. Genuine companies are not rude and do not hang up. Please beware
