I think this is about spraying insulation foam in the loft. He said he was from the eco advisory company, Or something like that. Kept Insisting on booking an appointment for a surveyor. After saying clearly that I was not interested and still being asked to make an appointment, I asked if I was speaking to a human or a robot. There was a gap and then eventually sorry, They hung up.

Hung up when I asked why they would install defective materials.

Repeat calls from company about loft installation. Regardless of times asked not to call again. Very insistent and abusive. States they are a Government company.
