Booked a plumbing repair, charged £450 paying half upfront on Friday 15/11/2024. Chris and another colleague inspected the repair and took payment upfront payment of £225 (Plunger Ltd Sort code: 09-01-28, Account No. 88041321) with a promise to return on Monday 18/11/2024 between 0800 - 10: 00 - o show after 19 calls with the caller saying 'give me 2 mins' when he bothers to respond and disconnects with no return call... Called again Tuesday 19/11/2024 - same response - utter disgrace!!!

Man called and said he is from the plumbing company and asked the post code. As I was expecting a call from a plumbing company who cheated me I gave the post code I had the trouble with. He just disconneced the line?
