Rang and automated voice said, 'goodbye'. Annoying

They are an absolute pain we have lived here for 6 years and must have had over 40 calls you ask who they are and they refused to say and end the call. They introduce by asking for Mrs M. The name never changes then you say no one with that name lives here who is calling, Their reply if your not Mrs. M. You don't need to know, We've used sky shield for over 6 months which stopped them getting through. Anyone any ideas to get rid????

Constant ringing. Answer and they hang up

Picked up to be told I was the only person in a conference call then rang off.
