This was interesting, because I tried to make a transfer and I had a few issues and tried several times till I was able to do it. A couple of hours after I receive a phone call. In general o don’t pickup and google it instead. So I did my search contacted Revolut by chat and they confirmed to block the number as they would never do unsolicited calls.

Called saying from Revolut Fraud, referenced the business account name and said there had been an attempted transfer but the device was recorded in Indonesia. He asked me to check if there had been any transactions and then the scam began. First he asked me to google 'revolut contact number' and cross check it against this number, which I did and sure enough it is the same number. Then he asked me to login to my account on my desktop to double check the transactions which I did. At which point

Phones saying were from revolut, got Nasty after I told them I don't hold a revolut account

Said they were from Amex and asked for entire Amex card number. When I said no they hung up

Guy pretending from Revolut, but not using the name I use to register Revolut. Says I have potential fraudulent activity from direct debit (I don't use Revolut for direct debit) I googled the number and told him he's a scammer, he hung up.

Said was calling from Revolut but I got suspicious as he got my name wrong and did not pass any security with me, did not know my home address, and could not tell me last 6 transactions. Just had confirmed with Revolut that this was a scam call.

Highly disturbing. They are trying to rush you and find out details about your account. I nearly bought into this scam but thankfully this site has shown that the number is a scam - it really is.

Received a text message from Revolut that there is some fraudulous Activity on my account. The call came but the guy did not say His name and started asking details of my account. When i started asking him questions back he hanged the phone. Stay safe and do not believe what they say!

Called and walked me through a situation of fraud then said how we could ‘prevent’ it, sent me a text and everything from Revolut but was 100% a scam DO NOT ANSWER.

Scam. Will probably know your name & card no & expiry date and then text you a code and ask you to give it to them. Then they clean out your account

Scammers, telling me they were calling me because there had been suspicious activity on my account. Confirmed my name and then started asking about my bank balance and what was my last transaction including the amount. Sent me a code via text. Eventually I asked if they could email me and the guy hung up lol

I thought this supposed call from Revolut was suspicious as it's impossible to speak to anyone there even if you need to. The information he had can only have been obtained via an on-line purchase. We all need to be very vigilant.

Somehow got my card details, name and phone number. They initially made a couple of transactions that appear on the revolut bank app as being blocked automatically, then they give you a call from this number somehow which appears to be a genuine Revolut phone number if you search on google, they will then ask to confirm if you made the earlier mentioned transactions, once you say no they will say you will be getting a security code as a text message from Revolut to re-secure the card and you hav

Scam pretending to be someone calling from revulot. They asked for my last transaction information to convince me they are doing a verification of my identitly. Then they tried to convince me to transfer my money from this bank to another bank ( so they can get the money if they have my code!) Be wary of any calls, texts or emails purporting to be from your bank, the police or a telecoms company asking for personal or financial details, or for you to transfer money!

Received a scam ‘security’ text with this tel no about my credit card (last week got scam phishing text for a DPD delivery fee and stupidly filled out address and phone number and CC no) - said card was temporary hold and they would call me - which they did. First, starts with a phishing post mail text asking for £1. 45 redelivery fee, knows I have a Revolut bank account. Second, calls me from this number, looks exactly like the one on Revolut website, and then says I am a victim of the post mail fraud and asks me to transfer all my money to a “safer” account. PLEASE NOTE Revolut will never call you! They only provide in-app chat services!!! Anyone who call you from this number saying they are a staff of Revolut, is a absolute scammer!!!!
