Woman who knew my name and address. When asked who she was gave a name very quickly, told me that my appliance insurance was about to expire and were they working well. Asked what appliances they had registered for me and was told washing machine and cooker. I asked the name of the washing machine and she replied that she didn't have that information, she was in the quality department working on behalf of the technical department. She hung up when i called her a scammer and laughed very loudly.
