XXXXXX right rude and abrupt!! Asked to speak to owner of business. When they advised it was Debt Recovery, caller was asked if they were chasing a debt or touting for business. Said she would only discuss with the owner / Chairman (we have a Financial Controller for such matters - and Chairman isn't in the office. And they won't get through to anyone when they call back again with that attitude either

Started call laughing asking for a director. When asked who was calling said what they were debt collection agency. When I explained this was not a service we used or required she repeatedly asked to speak to a director. She then rudely hung up. Not very professional if looking for business.......

Posing as a government debt support company. I asked if they can delete my details in line with GDPR, as I don't have any debts and the caller said no, you are going to get thousands of calls from us because you won't answer my questions and then hung up.

Have been registered with TPS since year dot. Reported to ICO. Please please please anyone who receives this type of call do report it to Ofcom or ICO as applicable. The websites will guide you. The more fines they get the sooner they will go out of business.
