ASked for business owner then when I stated unavailable hung up

Hung up as soon as I answered

Just block them and any other numbers you don't recognise. Trouble is my phone is now full so will have to buy a unit to block even more

When I answered I had no-one speak after I said I was a charity.

Unsolicited call, Told me his name was Peter, It clearly wasn't, He had been authorised to reduce my monthly line rental to 11. 99 a month. Heard about this scam so was wise to it!! Told him I wasn't interested and rang off.

Unsolicited call asking for business owner

It’s a giveaway when you answer the phone and they just say hello and it’s for Business Line. Legitimate businesses will say hello my name is and I’m calling from. Another one for the call block list

Man called my business number - he had an Indian accent/ He knew the business details and address etc. He said they were changing the package of line rental. Asked my name and when I wouldn't give it - got a little aggressive so I hung up.

My phone rang today 14-24 and when I answered they hung up

Someone started to speak but then rang off.

Really annoying call and hang up - we are TPS registered but that doesn't seem to matter anymore!

Unsolicited cold call for land line

Telemarketing. Stating as I used my business phone very little they were authorised to reduce my monthly payment to £11. 99 per month. They identified network as Open reach which is incorrect. I kept questioning their authority and he got stroppy with me. I thanked him declined and rang off. I then phoned my provider who had not authorised any reduction, And they advised it was a scam/phishing call

Because it was a local 0191 number I answered. As soon as I answered they hung up! I rang it back - dead line tone.

Cold call offering small business line rental for £11. 99

Called and hung up when I answered

Unsolicited random call. Wanted to speak to the business owner. I told them they must have a wrong number and they disconnected. I refuse to engage with any unsolicited caller as we are TPS registered and anyone cold calling is choosing to ignore TPS. They are therefore instantly identifiable as unscrupulous and untrustworthy.

Phone rings, Lets you answer, Then hangs up, Yet another ignorant call centre.

Rang then when picked up, Hung up. Why aren't the owners of these lines prosecuted. Bloody nuisance and waste of time and money.
