Claimed to be BT but spoke with an Indian accent and said that multiple people were using my internet. Kept repeating that BT is the sole provider of internet in the UK, Hung up when I told they clearly had no clue how the internet worked

Constant calls with no message and a silent line.

Claimed to be BT and said that people outside of my property were using my internet. Wanted me to go to an internet address to show me the IPs using my internet. Kept repeating that BT is the sole provider of internet in the UK, When challenged about cable providers they hung up.

Frequent silent calls. Sometimes caller asks about my washing machine of other item—- My BT line/ pc etc. Not sure what category to put them in as most are now silent—no-one speaks.
