Just had a call from this number, Again they did not state their name clearly but mentioned Royal Life insurance who we are actually with. Not until I was transferred to another staff member was it made clear that they claim to be a broker at which point I told them what I thought and hung up.

A Swansea phone number. The caller was English but I couldn't understand when she said the company name as it was deliberately rushed and unclear. The call was about an insurance policy I don't even have so it's obviously a scam. I just hung up and blocked the number.
