Stop spam calls

Very strange phone call to my wife´s cel phone in Mexico. He said he is Richard, Called my wife's phone looking for myself, Spoke in British English and then in Spanish (with English accent) and only said to her he will call me later from the airport, My cel phone is from Mexico too. I do not know that person and I am intrigued how he got my wife's phone number and my name and probably my phone number too. I have not yet received his phone call.
