Safe number from a transport / taxi like service.

I had this strange phone call from this number 01704325039 saying your driver is outside waiting for you. I have asked driver for what he dudnt want to tell me and acted so wired and creepy and said come out his waiting for you and when I said I didn’t call any driver he said well I have your number. He then said if you didn’t then no problem bye like wtf 😯
