Answered number. Lots of shrieking & laughing in the background, But no one spoke to me. Then abruptly cut off. Rang number back, Apparantly my call is very important to then, And I should hold the line to speak to the next available agent. Clearly an incompetant bunch of shi*ters.

Answered my phone to hear two silly girls giggling then one of them mumbled something when I asked her to repeat what she’d said she shouted down the phone something about bank accounts and PPI I hung up.
