Beware - they Wanted bank account details to pay PPI refund into. He knew my date of birth and address So Could Have fooled a vulnerable person.

We cd not reach phone. I called back and found only a long contnuous tone, Which means "you cannot access this number"-- different from "this humber is not recognised". Obvious scammer or telemarketer
