Caller from India, Said my domestic appliances policies needed renewing, When I said they didn't need renewing as I had only just recently had new applications he put the phone down!

Received a call today 3/10/19 claiming to be from AEG telling me that my complete home care policy was due a reduction to £90 for a full years cover from the £129 one off payment last year. He said I must have had a new debit card recently which begins with 4 and expired 2018 and asked me for my new card expiry date. My bank card details. I asked him for date of last years payment he said Sept last year asked for which day he couldn't say. SCAM CALL.

Received a call from William on Monday claiming my complete home care policy was due a reduction to £90 for a full years cover from the £129 one off payment last year. He said I must have had a new debit card recently has they couldn’t access the payment and asked me for my bank card details. I asked him for my policy number and date of last years payment at which point he hung up. SCAM CALL.

Keeps calling, Foreign sounding gentleman didn't catch name, Says he is from Complete Homecare insurance and he needs to check all my banking details, Reckons I been with them for 4yrs which l know definitely not been with them, When I said this he asked who I was insured with, I said that's my business and l hung up.

Indian sounding gentleman called regarding Complete Homecare Insurance renewal. His name was James. Said I paid by DD. He wanted to check the expiry date on a new card he said that I must have had this year. He said I had been paying since 2013, Renewing every year with a card. He quoted an imaginary number and asked me for new expiry date. I refused and told him to write to me instead.
