Caution
A female Asiatic voice tells me I have an insurance policy with "Complete Home Care" covering my electrical appliances which I took out in 2013. I have paid the annual direct debit for September 2018 and it is up for renewal. But, I'm told, I changed my bank credit card this year so they need the new details on my new debit card.
