Persistent calls from insurance claims company, Tried me from this number and several mobile phone numbers - in the end threatened them with me calling the Police to report harassment, They hung up pretty quick. Fingers crossed that's the last time they bother calling

Yes, You need to be careful placing an add on Gumtree, Same thing happened to me with two recent adds. Did not give them the time of day and immediately blocked the number. The moral of the tale is to perhaps only place an ad with an email address

Car crash in last 3 years?????

Just placed car ad on gumtree and no less than 1 minute had call from 020 0895 8903 told them to stop calling and blocked the number then within 30secs had call from 0161 818 8903 told the guy to xxxx off, He then called back saying he wouldnt go away. Then i screamed at him and put phone down. The xxxxxxx then called again shouting he wouldnt go away as he had money for me... Arggghhhhhh i lost my rag and shouted a lot of abuse at him. These companies need burning to the ground...

Nasty The usual nonsense insisting that I have had an accident. Had 3 calls within 5 minutes from this number and 01637 910272 and 01432 216541. All 3 calls from men. Asked all 3 to remove me from their database. First 2 were very courteous tho did not bother to remove my number but the 0161 Manchester number guy was nasty and refused to remove it. I was polite with all three of them so no need for his remarks at all

Claiming to be from an accident claim company but despite appearing as a Manchester number it is obviously an overseas caller. Very persistent. I also got the call about 10 minutes after posting an ad on Gumtree.
