Free spam call blocker

This number keeps phoning me and asking for a Mrs Padfield (not me), Every time I say no / they have the wrong number, They just hang up on me. I need to block the number.

Rng to discuss new "energy survey" from / by EDG. When I queried what they meant by this they answered that it was to do with checking energy leaks from windows, Doors, Etc. When I stated we had recently had new double glazing and doors fitted recently they asked how long is recent. When I said 2yrs they just hung up. Clearly SPAM, Report them.

Claimed to be doing an energy survey (EDG). Wanted to "test" my double glazing Hung up when I asked if it was public or private company.

Came out with some rubbish about not being able to say who they were due to "data protection". Patronising. Definitely not a real company.

We did not recognize the number so did not answer. Caller Did not leave a message

They are calling illegally report them on the TPS website and they will eventually be stopped and hopefully fined

Said they were EDG doing free efficiency surveys in my are - the same old, Same old, Con trick to try getting around laws against cold sales calling (most likely double glazing). Told them to remove my name and number from their database - they politely asked why - I said "because you are a nuisance caller" - they replied "not really..." - so I shouted "'I'm telling you..." - they hung up. I almost want them to call again, So I can shout at them some more.

Criminals. Cold calling on number with TPS, Which is illegal. Blocked.

Unprofessional - When I asked who was speaking he yelled something (as if shouting across the room) and then hung up.

Was told that I was rude when I refused to discuss energy checks in my Post Code area! Told them they needed reporting for intruding on my privacy!

Claims to be free eco survey. Must be selling something.

Wanted to make an appointment to do an energy efficiency survey and offered grant for replacement double glazing. I refused.

Cold call (with lots of call centre background noise) asking if I would agree to having an energy efficiency survey carried out on my property. The guy asked for me by name and was able to quote my address. He said that most people on my street had already agreed to have the survey done. When I challenged this, He tried to spin a story about the Jones household on my street having already signed up. I laughed at this, And he hung up. I am TPS registered, But it does not seem to stop these calls.

False claim of being from my energy company

Claimed to be conducting an energy survey "nationwide" in our area. When I laughed, Threatened to call me at 3 am and see if I still thought it funny, Then hung up.

Called and got abusive when I wouldn't confirm my name and I asked them who was calling.

At first no reply, But a lot of chatter in background. Then a man who sounded quite amused said Hello - I replied Hello and he hung up.

No reply when I answered but the background noise sounded like a call centre. Very annoying. I am TPS registered but that doesn't seem to count for anything these days.

Claimed to be doing a survey and implied that because they were not selling something my registration with TPS didn’t apply... So I said thank you and goodbye... No doubt they ARE selling something...

Used my name, Claimed to be about the energy performance tests I was having carried out on my home (obviously I am not). Claimed to be, I think, From EDF power?

Said they were from energy wast company told me I qualified for help in replacement doors and windows has they were over 10 years old when I said they were not he hung up. ( How rude ) my windows though are 14 years old lmao.

Why can you never ring this number back? It goes to dead line.

The female caller was polite, But it sounded like a scam. Asked when the owner would be available, Etc. 'I just live here was my reply. I cannot answer your questions'. Beware.

Scouse sounding, Mispronounced my name, Hung up when I corrected them. On TPS too!

Line went dead after I picked up. I suspect a number withheld call two hours ago might have been from them too as this has only started today. I am TPS. Oh the joys...

Called in person and asked for my dead mother. Became aggressive when I said I was insulted. Called me back when I hung up. When will the industry stop these parasites!
