XXXX XXXXX - the caller, To help with settling the insurance claim of road accident that has been reported to them. In fact there has been no such claim/accident. Very clearly a scam. When pointed to him and asked to speak to his superior he put the phone down. Tel number blocked - but they keep changing / varying their tel number so they manage to ring again.
