Free spam call blocker

Call on 19th Feb & 19th March 2020 suggesting they could help with my non fault car accident in Jan 2020. Had my name & address details. When pressed could not confirm that he was acting for my insurance company. Trying to piggy back on the claim. Was going to pass me to a colleague but call terminated by them because the caller ( Simon- South African accent) was obviously frustrated by the questions I was asking. I tried the number afterwards and no ring tone.
