Stop spam calls

This company (Pauline was the caller) indicated that due to a computer error by Homecare we were owed £119. I asked her what the policy number was and she said they do not have the information. I asked her for a cheque and she indicated that they only do bank transfer payments and thus needed my sort code and bank account number. At this point I terminated the call without giving her any details - she knew where we lived as she quoted our house number and postcode correctly.
