Claimed she was from o2. Had my name. Wanted me to confirm my address. Send a text that came through as o2 but I didn't give any details. Told her I wasn't comfortable continuing the conversation and she promptly hung up. Think it's a scam

Claimed she was from 02 and wanted to give me options for my contract, Wanted me to confirm my address and details. I said I will go to 02, She insisted that security she needed me to confirm and I said for my security I will not give this and go to 02 directly.

Says from 02-says needs contact details-explained near a shop so will go in,’tom’ said he can prove it’s not a scam and he’s from 02, Who even says that! AVOID

This number called and said was from o2 sent me a txt but disconnected after I pursued they were scammers, Stupidly tried to call back just to get a premium rate ‘goodbye’ message

Claiming to be 02 about my account. Turned very rude when I refused to give my address. She stated that I would receive a text to confirm. None received. Suspect it’s a scam and told her. She ended the call quickly.

Pretending to be from o2, Asking for my security questions as for a 'prize draw' I had been entered into. Shortly got a text from o2 with a login code. They were trying to access my account.
