Asked about my car accident when I told them I can't even drive so it was impossible they were extremely rude telling me why the fuck am I wasting he's time then the rude I bastard

Told me to shut the fu** up when I asked about my accident

Rude person asked me about an accident then transferred me, Asked me personal detail confirmation, When I said I dont give personal info over the phone and that i wasn't interested he said "I must be dumb"!! very rude

Called today and told me after the accident I had of which was no-fault my vehicle has now been sorted. I said, Great, The accident was 5 years ago and I was at fault. He said I’m now transferring you o another dept. I said, I don’t think so, And hung up.
