Claimed to be national accident claim line, Wanted me to claim personal compensation after accident they got angry when I stated that I didn't want to claim and it was companies like them adding to insurance costs

This number plus a few others keep calling at random times. I don't bother answering the calls. I must have blocked about 15 or more of these numbers by now. How can I block them permanently?
