Jenny (English is not her first language) from National Claims Management, Liverpool called about my accident within the last 2 years and my claim for compensation. I told her it was “meant to look like an accident” (sorry, Couldn’t resist) but she was quite persistent so I just kept asking her “which vehicle”…… “which vehicle”…… “which vehicle”…… she hung up! I’ve since blocked the number and I’d advise you to do the same
