Another phony BT opernworld call. My ad ice hang up

Had this number SO many times, Cannot block. Sometimes they ring off before you can pick up. So fed up with the increasing volume of these and similar scam calls from "International" or "Unavailable" I no longer answer my landline and let calls go to my answering machine. It's about time they were shut down.

Said they were from BT Open reach & disconnection of my internet in 24 hours, I said “ok that’s fine”, She hung up

Call from tel:01387265650 no-one spoke just hung up

Looking your bank details.... Said they were from open reach internet provider...... I hung up.

"Hello this is BT Openreach" We are going to disconnect you in the next 24 hours...

Said he was from BT Open Reach - but in an indian voice - could not stop laughing when I put the phone down!

I missed the call but got this number when I rang 1471. But I couldn't ring them back so I came here. Sometimes with this scam I just give them a very rude earful, But most easy is to sound very helpful and say "Oh hang on; I'll just go and get the person you need to talk to". I then leave the phone untended and go and make a cup of tea. 10 minutes later I replace the receiver knowing I've wasted some of their time. :-)

Defo a SCAM!!!! Do not answer the call and block this number!! I have had a different international call (with a UK code) everyday this week!!!!!!!

A man with an Asian (Indian/Pakistani) accent claiming to be from BT Openreach and telling me that my internet connection is about to be shut down, Because fraudsters from Nigeria are hacking my computer. Obviously a scam. I told the guy I had no concerns and hung up. He was persistent and rang me back immediately. When I told him that I had no worries and that I had trust in my internet security provider he hung up.

A man claiming to be called Daniel, But sounded very Pakistani rang at 08. 35, Claiming to be from BT OpenReach. Said our internet had been hacked and we would be cut off immediately. I asked him to confirm his full name and which office he was based in, He hung up! Obvious scam if you just ask for confirmation of name and office.

Rang before 8 am!!! Robocall SCAM

Recorded American accent claiming to BT re faulty internet about to be shut down. Requested call back. SCAM. Ignored

Lady said she was BT Openreach. Asked me how I was? Told her okay until she called. I hug up.

No one on answered when phone picked up then cut off

Couple of calls not answered, They seem to drop them quickly when my home PABX rings, So I will not be checking that they are not BT!

Scam caller internet connection going to be terminated by BT

Man called saying he was from BT with emp no id JWR311. He reckoned that somebody was trying to hack into our internet and we needed to download software onto our laptop. Man gave name of John XXXXXX. Pushy and persuasive but ultimately a complete and utter XXXXX to think that anybody would fall for it!!!

Rang at 07. 34am claiming to be BT OPEN REACH Internet services.

7:30 in the morning. Man said he was from BT open reach. Just a scam. Had about four of these.

Indian sounding lady said from B T Openreach and she was going to disconnect my internet very soon if i didnt take some action i said go ahead and disconnect she rang off. Obvious scam

Call claiming to be BT and that my internet connection was being used for illegal activities. When challenged and asked to confirm the name on the account they terminated the call. Complete Scam
