Phoned twice but hung up when I answered, shame, that means I can't wind them up. I am now blocking them because they are no fun😁

Called about the road traffic accident I had. I asked them which one and they said the one in the last 24 months. I again asked which one and they said the most recent one. I asked for more details and they said they couldn't supply these because of data protection. I then enquired how, With data protection, They had my details which they confirmed had been supplied by the other party's insurers. So I asked again which accident - they didn't answer so I ended the call. Scammers.
