They mentioned they had my details on their system, Then asked me to confirm other details. When I called them out and said if you have my file open you should have the details there in front of you.... To which I got an errrr. Ummmm. GDPR ummmmm etc So i htrew that back them and quoted recent GDPR compliance laws that prevent me from sharing that information without prior consent..... They went quiet.... For a long time.... Then hung up....
