Washing machine warranty scam call. I played with them for a while, And asked for the £700 lifetime cover. When they put me through to an next guy I asked if anyone had ever fallen for this 'sales' tactic and he said he assumed I wouldn’t be wanting the cover, And wouldn’t waste my time anymore. I said he wasn’t wasting my time as I found it all quite entertaining. I told him to get a real job, And asked him how he could sleep with what he is doing - especially to elderly people. Indian guy rang and said that the warranty on my washing machine was due for renewal, Asked him which company he was calling from but would only say the Warranty dept. Was very rude when I told I was not interested.

The caller was very persistent and rude even after I mentioned that there had been a recent bereavement in the family. He said he would call back on Monday. No chance I will delete the number and block the call.
