Called asking for my wife regarding her Liverpool Victoria insurance policy, (which she doesn't have) which needed a review. I asked them for the policy number - they didn't have it of course. They asked if she was available to talk to, And I said she wasn't. They asked for a suitable time to ring back - I said don't bother!! Of course they'll ring back, They always do, Even though we are on TPS.
