Persistent caller but nobody on the other end

Received a call strong indian accent ppi scam said i was owed money

Called daily 3-4 times whilst I'm at work.. Never leave messages. Block

Message on my mobile - instruction to press 2 to avoid getting arrested. Would not like to think of the possible consequences if someone elderly or naive answered this call. I just ignored it.

No sound then an automated goodbye, Blocked!

This number calls every other day, No body answers so have now blocked the number

Phoned me wouldn’t say anything spoke in a different accent don’t know what he was saying

Asian man (possibly indian) called asking for me by my full name and I told him yes its me speaking and just then he began to (what sounded like) taunt me by constantly saying "na na na na na" as if like when little kids tease one another. Please avoid these calls and block.

Same story here, I answer, 10-20 seconds of silence the atomated voice says goodbye. Obviously up to no good - BLOCK IT

I work for the company that owns the number in question and I can categorically state that the calls have not been made from this number as it is not in service for inbound or outbound calls. The scammers are faking the CLI, Probably making the calls from overseas via VoIP and have no relationship with us or the number they claim to be calling from.

Number called twice both times I’ve answered it’s just been silent then an automated message saying bye! Then cuts off!

Just had abuse from Albert, PPI scum, He told me to XXXX myself etc when challenged

Guy very strong Indian accent called Albert XXXXXX claiming I had made a PPI claim in November 2017. Asked how I would like my money. I said a check. He then asked me to confirm my D. O. B to which I replied for him to tell me as he called me. He gave me the wrong date then hung up straight away.

5-6 calls within 12 hours no one speaks and they hang up - blocked the number but still came through again - just ignore it people it's a waste of time

Tried to tell me they were my life insurance company but they certainly were not. Called me four times in two hours. He got really aggressive when I would not speak to him. Do not answer.

Missed call from this number 01239 400332, I have now blocked them from the comments

Rang 3 times in a row after repeatedly putting the phone down. My phone identifies the number as a robocall / potential fraud

More spam calls, government should do something to stop these

Picked up receiver. Nothing. Held on for 16 seconds. Then a recorded voice said “goodbye” and the line went dead
