Appears to be an active scammer. I was slow to answer the phone so the answerphone kicked in. Caller hung up immediately. 1471 gave me the number I didn't recognise to looked it up here - shame. I'd like to have seen how long I could have kept them hanging on as I pretended to find out all about the washing machine insurance or whatever :-)

Caller asked for Mrs Duckmanton. I've never heard of her and she has never lived here. Numerous calls for her over the last two years.

Yet another silent call; presumably a computer autodialler. Now comprehensively reported, And blocked from calling me.

Foreign girl, Said washing machine out of warranty, I said no its not, She said it is...... I said no thanks... Do have a new washing machine so wondered! Mind its only 6 months old lol. Number blocked now.

Scammers all of them. Preying on vulnerable people. Should rot in hell.

Two Saturday lunchtime calls to my landline ( two long rings within 10 mins) 7th Nov 2020 but as I did not recognise the number 01224 473847 I did not pick up the phone. Having read comments below, I definitely will not be should they phone again.

Hung up! No tone when returning call

Had a call at 10:04am yesterday (18th Sept. 2020) from International Out of Area. Didn't answer it. Harassed twice from 01224473847 this lunch time already. Lengthy, Persistent rings and not answered both times. Calls at 12:19pm then shortly afterwards at 12:25pm. Already have bad experiences of unsolicited cold callers from what always sound like Indian call centres. One of numerous incidences was from a person calling themselves Stanley, Selling some warrantee/insurance for a Hotpoint washin

I don't answer my calls unless I recognise the number. He kept ringing ringing and ringing. So fed up with calls like this
