CFS Group called constantly i suspect boiler room scam setup. Targeting company directors. Look out for "memorable callers names"

Business support company based in south africa trying to get leads for insolvency practice in UK. apparently assisting companies that are in arrears due to tight cash flow.

Wanted to discuss a financial matter. I have no reason whatsoever to believe that an external unknown company would want to speak to my business about any financial matter. Used my full name - I didn’t confirm it was me. Referenced SFC and Greenfield recovery. Googled number and can only find negative reports. Person was male and referred to himself as Tylo Townsend.

Scam robot caller. Repeated ringing that goes straight to voicemail as blocked but never leave message!

Said called from CFS - very rude man.

Voicemail from from a company claiming to be called CFS. "I expect you to call me back at your earliest convenience, unless you are already dead".

Claim to be hmrc - but the details they have relate to a different business not the one I coincidentally called Hmrc about yesterday. They had some info about me and a business but not one that needs anything from hmrc. Definite fishers who use companies house and internet to get names and numbers to try and scam people.

Said was from CFS or CSS - knew my full name including middle name. Probably ascertained go fompanies house. Said I do business with him, which I definitely do not. Block and report

Has repeatedly kept on calling, hangs up straight after I said hello

Scam call, just block it and don't give them ANY of your details

Was going on about hmrc and compliance issues said from a company called cfs but wouldnt tell me the compliance issue is?

And they aren't trying to get any details of individuals, as details of individuals called are public knowledge on uk government web pages

Called maybe 10 times over the last 2 weeks.,

Have phoned my mobile 20 times over last week, each time I was on a call so couldn't answer, never leave a message. I was about to do a check when they called again so I answered, you could hear a call centre in the background, but then they hung up. I have now blocked the number.

Mentioned HMRC & Collections... complete scam

I'm not sure why they known my details but it said from CFS when I screach on Google is not such of this company and they take my email address too said will send me the details. Will see.

Just had a call from this number 0121 652 0631 said they were from CSS and gave me a name and asked for me n person. Put them on hold for a second and then when i went to answer the caller was gone.
