XXXX said he was calling about a government loft insulation scheme but hung up as soon as I asked a question. I called back to complain, But there was no reply.

Phone rang but silence on answer

Tom said he was calling me again from the UK Advisory Eco Innovation Group (surprisingly I cannot find any trace of them, Nor have I had any previous calls from them!). I asked for the name again and when he had called me before and the (very convincing) recorded message stopped, I heard someone saying 'play that again please' and it came on again, Followed by questions about me. I asked whether it was a person or a recording and the call dropped. I therefore assume that it was a recording, P
