Call received on Viber out of all things. Guy on the phone speaks in a heavy Indian accent telling me he's from the Citizens Advice Bureau and would like to write off all my debts. I told him to stop calling me and hung up. He proceeded to call me back 3 times in a row until I blocked the bastard.
