Rude Lanchashire accent from a Mark XXXXXX from this Birmingham number. Said he was from Eco Scheme. Cold call to my mobile saying he can "eliminate my electricity bills" He kept saying "Oh God" and "This call's going nowhere" when i refused to answer his questions regarding my property... Eliminate my bills? Really? Won't tell me how without my details?... Blocked!
